An Appeal to Parents

Parental Responsibilities

  • Support teachers and school authorities in developing your child's knowledge and discipline.
  • Ensure regular and punctual attendance.
  • Make sure your child carries the school diary daily and stays updated on announcements.
  • Encourage neatness, self-discipline, and systematic study habits.
  • Communicate any academic concerns to the school authorities.

Communication & Interaction

  • Do not approach staff for private tuition.
  • Meet teachers only with prior permission from the Principal or Vice-Principal.
  • Meetings with teachers are scheduled for the second Saturday of every month (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
  • Parents must dress formally while visiting the school.

School Policies & Regulations

  • Students must bring required textbooks and homework as per instructions.
  • Vehicles are not allowed beyond the school's main gate.
  • Parents should avoid altercations with security and instead contact the school office for queries.
  • Read and respond to school circulars regularly.

Attendance & Academic Progress

  • Attendance is mandatory for all school functions.
  • Late fee fines apply for delayed payments.
  • Changes in address or phone numbers must be communicated in writing.
  • In emergencies like heavy rainfall, parents may take necessary measures for their child’s safety.

Promotion & Examination Rules

  • Students must secure at least 40% in tests and examinations for promotion.
  • Annual promotion decisions are final and non-negotiable.
  • Students failing two consecutive years will be issued a Transfer Certificate.
  • Attendance on reopening and last working day is compulsory. A fine applies for absentees.

General Regulations

  • Parents should not crowd in front of the school’s main entrance.
  • Admission numbers must be stored in parents' mobile phones.
  • No early pick-ups during school hours, except in medical emergencies.
  • All financial dues and library books must be cleared before requesting a school leaving certificate.
