Withdrawal

Student Withdrawal Guidelines

  • A written notice of three calendar months is required for a child’s withdrawal from school; otherwise, three months’ fees will be charged.
  • Withdrawal letters must be submitted in duplicate and personally handed in to obtain a receipt.
  • If a student is withdrawn in April, fees for May and June will be applicable, and so on for withdrawals in subsequent months.

Disciplinary Withdrawal

The management, through the Principal, reserves the right to request the withdrawal of any student if disciplinary measures prove ineffective. Immediate removal from school may result from:

  • Continued illness affecting school performance.
  • Offenses against honesty or morality.
  • Use of bad language, drugs, alcohol, or smoking.
  • Unsociable behavior or failure to uphold school values.

The Principal is not obligated to provide explanations for any such actions.

Parental Cooperation Policy

Parents or guardians who:

  • Repeatedly disobey school rules.
  • Exhibit an over-demanding or critical attitude.
  • Fail to maintain a cooperative relationship with the school.

In such cases, the Principal reserves the right to request the withdrawal of their child if a productive relationship cannot be maintained.

Reopening & Attendance Compliance

  • Students failing to return to school on the scheduled reopening day after vacations risk forfeiting their place unless prior approval for extended leave is obtained.

Student Conduct Expectations

  • Students must maintain respectful and responsible behavior while traveling to and from school.
  • Any student violating accepted social and moral standards, particularly while in uniform, may face immediate and compulsory withdrawal.

Participation in Extracurricular Activities

  • All students are required to participate in extracurricular and co-curricular activities unless exempted by the Principal.
  • Failure to comply with participation requirements will result in immediate and compulsory withdrawal.

Parental Meetings with the Principal

  • If parents are called to discuss their child’s academic or behavioral concerns, it is considered an urgent matter.
  • Failure to cooperate may result in the withdrawal of the student from the school.
